This document forms part of section 9 of our Sales Disclaimer and it sets forth this website’s shipping policy. Ovials has multilevel shipping options for our customers that vary depending on shipping address of the customer at checkout, size of the merchandise, the shipping couriers and the service levels available in the described route.

  • In order to fulfil orders, the company may engage third parties to handle logistics related to the fulfilment of website orders. Nonetheless, the following constitutes the shipping policy of the Company across its websites, including here on https://marketplace.ovials.com/.

 

Special Arrangements for Mobile devices and Electronics

Shipping Length: Min 5 – 16 days Max.

(After payment is received. Rare shipping delays will be notified).

Shipping and Refunds Conditions:

  1. All payments to “OVIALS” only, are refundable (Terms & Conditions Apply).
  2. Free returns on factory faults within “First week of use” are accepted.
  3. Shipping fee of (R850) on returns received after 2 weeks of delivery to the customer.
  4. Refunds paid for wrong Color/ Model/ Specs/ Brand send except where the customer has made suggestive or specific requests for better/ higher performance devices or the product represents an upgrade of the same model device ordered as may be agreed with the customer.
  5. Refunds after 30 are days NOT accepted. Negotiable Repairs may be accepted for material disfunction.
  6. Beyond expected reasonable wear and tear, and for devices that are refurbished/ pre-owned, sold on “As is” basis on the website, Ovials gives no warrantee on the merchantability/ performance and/ or reliability of the items purchased as pre-owned/ refurbished as indicated on product descriptions and other areas of the product data, this does not negate any other disclaimer made as part of the Online Contract (linked here) entered into between the customer/ buyer and Ovials on merchantability/ performance and reliability of new products sold on the website.

  8. All devises are imported. You “may” be asked to pay tax by RSL on some items.

General Shipping Conditions

  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping service worldwide to a number of products on our website, however, if the delivery address is classed as a remote area, there will be an extra charge. If the Buyer’s order is shipping to a remote area, an additional charge will be shown during the checkout process or advised later if it could not be immediately determined.
  2. Length of Shipment: Shipping times vary based on shipping method and delivery address. The Buyer is advised to view estimated delivery times with the courier delivering the product for full details.
  3. Order Tracking Number: Orders shipped via Priority Direct Mail, Express Mail Service or Expedited Shipping Service, will receive a tracking number. Orders shipped via Flat Shipping do not have a tracking number by default. If the Buyer wants a tracking number in this instance, the Buyer can request a tracking number with the courier and it may attract a fee.
  4. Shipping Fess on Returned Items: Whether Buyer is liable for shipping fees on returned items is dependent on the specific reasons for returning the item. The Company has a generous Returns Policy on most products and in most situations, however, some situations will attract a shipping cost to the Buyer. Generally, if the item has quality issues as outlined in ‘Returns Policy Conditions’ above or does not match what Buyer ordered, the Company will generally pay for all return shipping charges. However, if the Buyer receives the correct item and it has no quality issues, Buyer can still return the item, but the Buyer will need to pay for the return shipping.
  5. Returns on Free Shipping Products: The Company has committed to the policy that all merchandise on the site be covered by our returns policy, subject to the conditions thereto. Therefore, Buyer can return or refund any item regardless of the shipping method used. For full details please refer to the Refund Policy on Section 9 above.
  6. Choosing a Shipping Method: By default, Flat Shipping is used on the site. However, Buyer can upgrade to another shipping method, Priority Direct Mail, Express Mail Service, and Expedited Shipping Service. The cost to upgrade varies based on the shipping method and the items in your order and the courier shipping the merchandise.
  • Should there be any other unprecedented events, force majeure, or other trade related issues beyond Company’s control, or other industry specific conditions that hamper delivery of goods, the Company will make all attempts to notify customers on the status of their orders. The company will further seek to resolve the condition while giving Buyer options on available channels in which to fulfill or cancel the transaction on a given situational basis.
